This is our second property with Team Khanna. We bought our first condo in 2020 and closed our second property ( a beautiful townhouse in Oakville!). Preeti and Sanjiv have been absolutely amazing to work with. Our experience with Preeti has been very positive. We had the opportunity to work with Sanjiv for our rental need while relocating from Atlanta, USA to Toronto. He came across as an extremely professional and helpful person. Engaging with Sanjiv was a surreal experience. Our connect began in India, upon receipt of news of my Canadian PR. Sanjiv put all my unfounded fears to rest by providing me tidbits of wisdom, and numerous tips and tricks that I could later draw on. Within a week of my arrival, he was gracious enough to showcase around 10 properties and walked the extra mile by negotiating my case with the opposite parties, notwithstanding I was a newcomer and didn't have any credit history. I personally loved the way he forged the deal to materialize my accommodation.
